Double breasted frock for Colonel, Lt. Colonel or Major of dark blue wool, collar and cuffs of the same color and material, black cotton lining, two inside breast pockets, pockets in folds of skirt, two rows of seven buttons at equal distance, with functioning 3 button cuffs.
